Full-time · Amsterdam

About Dyme

Most people don’t like financial admin. They want less of it, not more. However, financial pressure is high and people feel the urge to improve their situation. They want more money, not less.

👉 Meet Dyme.

Dyme’s purpose is to grow people’s wealth, while nourishing their (financial) peace of mind. Our products should be designed to do just that: improve people’s situations without too much hassle for the user.

About the role

As Product Manager, you are responsible for the direction of a simple and sexy product. Your job is to make Dyme the foremost financial aid in peoples’ lives. To accomplish this you will be responsible for balancing the immediate needs of our users against a long-term vision. You will be responsible for building a product that takes care of things people don’t want to do themselves, like cancelling, negotiating or switching their contracts.

What we offer:

    • A leading position in a fast-growing, freshly funded fintech with endless ambitions.
    • Headquarters located at the buzzing TNW offices in the center of Amsterdam.
    • Performance-based company that offers flexible vacation days, career advancement, and lucrative compensation, including bonuses and stock potential.
    • Company-sponsored social activities and trips.

Important aspects of the job include:

    • Implement and iterate a well functioning product development process.
    • Work together with the company key stakeholders: users, customer support and engineering, to build a state-of-the-art product.
    • Work on Dyme’s long-term strategy of what ‘taking care of someone’s finances’ should look like.
    • Foster a culture where both qualitative and quantitative data are highly important.
    • Help determine Dyme’s company wide objectives

    What we're looking for:

    • You are user centric, and put the customer first in everything you do.
    • Strong track record of successfully launching and scaling b2c (preferably mobile) products
    • Able to work independently, and take full responsibility of taking the product development to the next level.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in product management
    • Experience working with UX designers and engineers to take new features from ideation through launch and iteration
    • Some technical or design understanding are considered a plus
