As Product Designer at Dyme, you'll be the driver behind the creation of easy-to-use products that are visually appealing to our customers. Your main focus will be the UX/UI of the mobile application.
Your responsibilities will include the whole product development cycle from conducting user research, to defining producing specifications, concepting, detailed design, handover to engineering, design support, and QA.
You'll work closely with our development, growth, and customer care team, as well as the product owner and management.

Perfect the DesignOps, creating/improving wireframes, design systems and optimising des-dev shipping.

A ‘creatieve duizendpoot🐛’, as we say in Dutch, who gets excited about anything design related and is well aware of the latest design trends and industry’s best practices.
You understand the importance of financial health for everyone and want to make this impactful goal a reality.
You have the ability to take the perspective of users and think critically about what will bring them value.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a digital design role, with strong focus on UX/UI.
You are capable of aligning your work with the overarching business goals.
You are flexible, decisive and you know how to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer.
You have strong communication skills.
You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements. - You make choices based on research, testing and user data and not on assumptions.
Strong experience with creating and working with scalable design systems/style guides.
Proficiency with industry's best practices tools like Figma.
Able to work independently, and take full responsibility of taking the product design to the next level.
Copywriting skills (English/Dutch/other) are considered a plus.
Passion for/experience with motion design (After Effects) is considered a plus.
